High-Traffic Areas That Require Deep Cleaning
Kitchen
• Clean, wash, polish, and sanitize all worktops and sink areas
• Clean, wipe, and sanitize cupboards and drawers both inside and out
• Clean, remove limescale, polish, and sanitize all taps and sink areas
• De-grease, clean, wipe, and polish tiles
• Clean fridge and freezer inside and out (freezer must be defrosted)
• Clean microwave inside and out
• Clean the exterior of kitchen appliances such as the kettle and toaster
• Clean oven inside and out
• Clean and de-grease extractor fan and hob
• Clean dishwasher and washing machine inside and out
• Clean light fittings, lamps, and chandeliers (where accessible)
• Clean and sanitize plugs and switches
• Clean windows and window frames (inside only)

Fitted appliances such as washing machines, dishwashers, dryers, fridges, and freezers will not be moved by our technicians for safety and technical reasons. They will be thoroughly cleaned in place as they are fitted.

Living Room and All Other Rooms:

Entrance / Hallway / Staircase

External areas such as windows, balconies, terraces, gardens, patios, and sheds are not included in the End of Tenancy cleaning checklist. These services can be added to the original cleaning package upon request, prior to the cleaning appointment.
